Harbor towers are situated in the harbor area of Boston. There are forty stories in the towers and slight difference in the height of the two towers make them 26th and 28th tallest buildings in Boston city of Massachusetts. One of the taller towers is 400 feet and other is 4 feet less. I.M Pie was the architect of the Harbor towers who took the challenge to convert the dusty parking area into beautiful edifices. The cost of the apartments was not too much in starting but if the present cost is compared then the apartments are too expensive due to the facing of the harbor and beautiful area with parking facility.
4. There are many projects launched by the government in the area surrounding the Harbor. The hotels and new projects made the place suitable for luxurious stay. After the development of the building in the Boston Harbor there were many apartments for the public of US. Many buildings were constructed for the residential purpose.
5. There was corruption in the department and scandal was found due to the owner of the building. The maintenance of the building suffered a lot because of the corrupt people engaged in the maintenance of the building and case was filed. Many steps were taken for improvement and maintaining the old building.
